Reframing Anger Summit Presentation

What Anger Is Protecting

October 1, 2026 - October 30, 2026

About the Presentation

What if your anger isn’t the problem? What if it’s trying to protect something?

In What Anger Is Protecting, Wayne Clayton invites you to become curious about anger rather than immediately trying to manage it, release it, or make it go away.

Drawing on more than 45 years of body-based, energy-informed, and trauma-informed work, Wayne explores what can happen when we stop asking, “How do I get rid of this anger?” and begin asking, “What is this anger trying to tell me?”

You’ll explore how anger can be connected to boundaries, safety, experiences that were never fully resolved, and things the body may still be holding even when the mind understands what happened.

Rather than giving you another technique for controlling anger, Wayne invites you to listen differently—to notice what happens when the body is included in the conversation.

Because sometimes anger isn’t asking to be eliminated.

It’s asking to be understood.

About Wayne Clayton

Wayne Clayton is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Healing Practitioner, founder of Energetic Core Healing, and creator of the Human Experience Explorer. For more than 45 years, he has explored how human experience is held in the body and how people can discover what lies beneath patterns that understanding alone doesn’t always change.

His work draws from decades of body-based, energy-informed, and experiential healing, with an emphasis on safety, consent, and allowing discovery to emerge from a person’s own experience rather than imposing an answer from outside.

Wayne is now bringing those decades of accumulated experience into the Human Experience Explorer, an emerging AI-supported interactive learning and self-discovery platform designed to help people explore their own questions, notice what they may not have noticed, and discover what is true for them.

Across both his healing work and the Explorer, Wayne’s focus remains the same: creating the conditions in which people can discover something for themselves.
