Reframing Anger Summit Presentation
When Your Child’s Anger Wakes Up Yours
October 1, 2026 - October 30, 2026
About the Presentation
Parenting advice often focuses on what to do with a child’s anger, but the harder part is often what happens inside the parent.
In this short audio talk, Simona Rinfreschi explores why a toddler’s tantrum can stir up far more than the moment seems to warrant, especially in parents who are trying hard not to shout, shame, give in, or repeat old patterns.
You’ll learn why anger is not a sign that you’re a bad parent, why suppressing it often makes the aftermath worse, and how to begin separating your child’s feelings from your own so you can stay calm, hold the limit, and repair when things don’t go as well as you hoped.
This talk is for parents who want their children to grow up knowing that anger is safe to feel, but not always safe to act out.

About Simona Rinfreschi
Simona Rinfreschi is an author, speaker, and founder of Presence Parenting.
Her work grew out of a lifelong interest in child psychology and development, a background in Early Childhood Education, and her own experience of discovering that love on its own is not always enough when parenting becomes hard.
She helps parents of young children understand what sits beneath anger, tantrums, and difficult behaviour, so they can stay calm and hold firm limits without shame, punishment, or giving in.
Simona is also the author of Good Pixie Bad Pixie, a picture book about the feelings behind behaviour and the deep harm caused by “good” and “bad” labels.
Her wider mission is to help create homes and communities where unconditional love, understanding, and mutual respect become the norm.
