Reframing Anger Summit Presentation
Anger Is Not the Enemy: How Your Rage Is Trying to Lead You Home
October 1, 2026 - October 30, 2026
About the Presentation
Most women have been taught that anger is a problem to manage, suppress, or apologize for. But what if your anger isn't the enemy, but the last loyal messenger your nervous system has left? In this session, Rachel Hansen reveals why anger intensifies after emotional and relational trauma, how to stop pathologizing it, and how to use it as a compass back to yourself. Drawing on her own journey through complete system collapse and the science of emotional alchemy, Rachel delivers a framework for decoding what your anger is actually trying to tell you, and how to transform it from a source of shame into your most powerful tool for reclamation.
Background soundscape composed and mixed by Rachel Hansen. Features original vocal toning and percussion recordings by Rachel Hansen and William Hansen, '528Hz Dreamporting Journey' by Elijah Ray (used with permission), and licensed music from Epidemic Sounds.

About Rachel Hansen
Rachel Hansen is a quantum healer, trauma-informed coach, and clinical herbalist who helps women stop pathologizing their anger and start using it as a compass back to themselves. Blending a research background with clinical herbalism, and drawing on 30+ years of study across biology, bioengineering, herbalism, quantum physics, and the study of human behavior and pathology; and currently completing her doctorate in functional medicine, Rachel bridges the gap between hard science and energetic healing in a way few practitioners can. Blending neuroscience, ancestral patterns, and spiritual alchemy, Rachel guides women from survival mode into embodied power. She is the author of Materia Magicka and Medica series (coming soon) and speaks on emotional alchemy, nervous system healing, and the sacred intelligence of rage.
