Reframing Anger Summit Presentation

The 60-Hour Week That's Costing You $125,000 a Year

October 1, 2026 - October 30, 2026

About the Presentation

You know the moment. The workday bleeds past dinner again, somebody asks one more small question, and the snap comes out before you can stop it. Then the guilt arrives, because that is not who you are.
After hundreds of calendar-and-money reviews with parents who own their businesses, I can tell you what that short fuse usually is. Not a character flaw. Not a patience problem. It is pressure leaking from a business that quietly underpays you for the hours it takes. I once sat with a speech coach billing $7,500 a month who discovered, live, that she was earning $9 an hour. Her words: "I am criminally inefficient." She was not. Her structure was, and the pressure of that gap was riding home with her every night.
In this session we run that same math live on real numbers: the one figure most owners have never calculated, what an hour of your life actually brings home. Then I show the four places the money hides and exactly what to stop doing first, so the income and the calm come home together. You leave with your number in hand and one structural change to make Monday morning.

About Dr. Brad Coverdale

Dr. Bradley Coverdale is the founder of Calendar to Cash and a Guinness World Records Contributing Author. Drawing on 19 years in higher education analytics and executive decision support, he learned to turn messy data into one number and one clear next move, the same skill he now brings to parents who run their own service-based business.
Most of the parents he works with are booked solid and still not bringing home what the work deserves. Brad calls it the Family Paycheck Gap: the space between the hours they put in and what actually reaches the family. They assume it's a sales problem. It isn't. It's structural. His service, Income Architecture, starts with one diagnostic number, Income per Owner Hour, what the business actually pays the owner for an hour of their time, then changes the structure underneath, so the same hours they already work finally come home as a predictable family paycheck, and they stop doing what doesn't pay the family.
That's not time management. That's Income Architecture.
