Reframing Anger Summit Presentation

October 1, 2026 - October 30, 2026
About the Presentation
Silent rage is an unmet need wearing a polite face. When we wait to be needed by your college kid or your high school teen and the text goes unanswered or the call doesn't come, that grief has nowhere to go. So it leaks out sideways: as irritation, over-checking, resentment, or even withdrawal. It can also spill over onto the people we love most.
Let’s, unpack what your anger is actually telling you and gives you three tools to move it through you instead of at the people you love.
